Yes, you can order up to 40kg of floristry supplies products for delivery to the Uk.
How do I know you have got my order?
Once your secure payment has been completed you will receive an automated email with your order details. Subsequent emails will follow once we have approved your order and when we have despatched it.
Can I order if I'm outside the Uk?
Unfortunately we do not send floristry supplies outside of the Uk at this time.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail?
Should you not receive any email from us after placing your order please call us on 0800 0372025.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Yes, you can, please call us free on 0800 0372025 for amendments, but we regret that orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of dispatch.

Who delivers your Oasis Floristry supplies?
Rays Florist despatch all florist supplies from our warehouse to all U.K addresses via Royal mail or a designated courier service. If we have sent your order by a tracked service, you can track your order by using the resources on our Tracking page.
What times are deliveries made?
Floristry supply deliveries are made by Royal Mail or courier usually within business hours.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Royal Mail or the courier service will leave a delivery card with you, with details to collect your delivery from the local sorting office. For Royal mail special delivery service a signature is required from the recipient.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free. For guaranteed next working day delivery prices, please see our delivery pricing page.
Can you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, we can, but the weight limit is 2kg per order.
I need my floristry supplies in a hurry, can you help?
Of course, you can select the 'Royal Mail Special delivery' option during checkout which will guarantee delivery by 1pm the next working day.

What do I do if my order has not been delivered?
Please wait until after 6pm as deliveries can be made up until this time (at peak times this could be later). Secondly check your e-mail to see if there have been any problems with your order. If this does not help please use our contact form, or call on 0800 0372025. Unless your order has been sent by Royal mail special delivery, no order times are guaranteed.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Royal mail may require a maximum of 14 days to deliver your order. If your order hasn't been delivered within 14 days, we will be happy to send a replacement. If you would prefer a refund, this will be actioned on day 28 after we have despatched your original order, to give Royal mail time to return the order to us.
What happens if there is a failed delivery?
If you refuse your order at the point of delivery or your order is returned to us by Royal mail as 'uncalled for', 'addressee unknown' or 'not signed for', we reserve the right to refund you minus the original delivery charge (depending on the weight of your order) as the attempted delivery constitutes the completion of the sale contract. If you would like us to re-deliver your order, a charge will apply, depending on the weight and/or order value.
What do I do if there is a mistake with my order?
If we have made a mistake with your order, then please let us know immediately. If the mistake is ours, we will despatch your correct item(s) as soon as your inform us. We must be informed within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Regrettably, any queries received after this time will not be dealt with.
If an item is missing, we will always despatch a replacement, however, we will not refund any monies for the missing item.
If you have received an incorrect item, we will send you a pre-paid returns bag and label to return the goods to us. If we do not receive the original order back within 14 days then we reserve the right to charge your payment card for the goods retained aswell as the postage costs incurred. Due to rare out of stock situations at Smithers Oasis, we reserve the right to supply a like for like product from an alternative manufacturer.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order, for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. However, the return postage cost is your responsibility, we must receive the product in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. We will then process a full refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.
