Ordering floristry supplies
Can I order floristry supplies over the telephone?
Yes, please see our 'contact us' information page.
Can I order multiple items?
Yes, you can order up to 40kg of floristry supplies products for delivery to the Uk.
How do I know you have got my order?
Once your secure payment has been completed you will receive an automated email with your order details.
Can I order if I'm outside the Uk?
Unfortunately we do not send floristry supplies outside of the Uk at this time.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail?
Should you not receive any email from us after placing your order please call us on 0800 0372025.
Can I cancel / amend my order?
Yes, you can, but we regret that orders cannot be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of dispatch.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order, for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. However, the return postage cost is your responsibility, we must receive the product in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. We process refunds within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Delivery
Who delivers your Oasis Floristry supplies?
Rays florist dispatch all florist supplies from our warehouse to all over the U.K via Royal mail or a designated courier service. Every service we use is trackable unless your item is under 200g in weight.
What times are deliveries made?
Floristry supply deliveries are made by Royal Mail or courier between 7am and 6pm.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Royal Mail or the courier service will leave a delivery card with you, with details to collect your delivery from the local sorting office. For our Royal Mail tracked service (all orders up to 5kg) you can specify a 'Safe place' to leave your order. For Royal mail special delivery service a signature is required from the exact recipient.

What do I do if my order has not been delivered?
Please wait until after 6pm as deliveries can be made up until this time (at peak times - could be later). Secondly check your e-mail to see if there have been any problems with your order.If this does not help please use our contact form, email us or call on 0800 0372025.
What do I do if there is a mistake with my order?
If we have made a mistake with your order, then please let us know immediately. We would normally send out your correct item(s) as soon as your inform us, along with a pre-paid returns bag and label. If we do not receive the original order back within 14 days then we reserve the right to charge your payment card for the goods retained aswell as the postage costs incurred.
Can you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, we can, but the weight limit is 2kg per order.
Should your order weigh more than 2kg at time of packing we will contact you for an extra delivery charge to be paid.
I need my floristry supplies in a hurry, can you help?
Of course, you can select the 'Royal Mail Special delivery' option during checkout which will guarantee delivery by 1pm next working day. (Monday to Thursday only - if you select this option on a Friday then the delivery is guaranteed for Monday).
My floristry sundries have been damaged or delayed, what should I do?
