If your tracking number starts with FD, WZ or CZ e.g FD123456789GB you can track your parcel directly from the Royal Mail Track and Trace page. 

If your tracking number starts with the letters 8PTG e.g 8PTG00123456A123 you can track your parcel from the Parcel2Go Yodel Tracking page.

If you have a 16 digit numerical tracking number e.g 1234567890123456, you can track your parcel from the Parcel2Go Hermes Tracking page.

You can find your tracking number by signing into your account, clicking the 'Order History' tab and then clicking on the word 'More'.  

If you have a 8 alphanumeric string starting with 2 characters followed by 6 digits e.g AB123456, you can track your parcel from the City Link Tracking page.

If you have a 13 alphanumeric string starting with 2 characters followed by 9 digits and ends with 2 characters e.g EA123456789GB, you can track your parcel from the Parcelforce Tracking page.

If you have an 8 digit tracking number, please enter the consignment number, e.g. 12345678 directly on the TNT tracking page.
