When do I need to order?
We would advise ordering your flowers early to avoid disappointment. We despatch orders Monday to Friday by courier. All flowers are bought to order so you may need to place your order several days before you need them delivered. We would also advise that you have the flowers delivered around 5-7 days before you need to start using them, so you can condition them by removing the flowers from the packaging, stripping off all excess greenery, cutting the stems at an angle and standing them in water in a cool environment. This ensures that the flowers have fully bloomed and are at their peak quality when you go to use them.

Can I cancel my order or return the flowers?
No, unfortunately not because as soon as you have ordered the flowers we get in touch with our partners in Holland. We pre-order your flowers to ensure we get the correct flowers delivered to us so that we can have them delivered to you in a timely manner. Any unused bunches regrettably cannot be returned to us as they have been specially ordered for you. We do not accept returns or give refunds for refused deliveries based on possible courier delays that are out of our control.
