Double Chrysanthemums are available in white, yellow, cream, bronze and pink. Massing Chrysanthemums are sold in a bunch of 5 stems (amount of heads per stem varies). Bunchs of double Chrysanthemums can be delivered Monday to Friday by Express courier. We recommend that you purchase your Chrysanthemums around 5-7 days before you need them to give the blooms time to fully open before use.

How many Chrysanthemums per letter?
We recommend up to 3 bunches of basing Chrysanthemums per letter. Some letters will take more flowers than others - for example the letter 'E' will take the most to cover, the letter 'I' will take the least. For a 3 letter word such as MUM, DAD or NAN, 8 bunches should suffice. Whilst we make every effort to try and ensure a damage free delivery, there may be odd heads that have broken off during transit.
How many Chrysanthemums do I need to base a heart, pillow, cushion etc?
The formula we use is is 20 stems per square foot (12" x 12" area). Use Google to work out the area you want to cover with basing Chrysanthemums and then apply the formula.

When do I need to order?
We would advise ordering your flowers early to avoid disappointment. We despatch orders Monday to Friday by courier. All flowers are bought to order so you may need to place your order several days before you need them delivered. We would also advise that you have the flowers delivered around 5-7 days before you need to start using them, so you can condition them by removing the flowers from the packaging, stripping off all excess greenery, cutting the stems at an angle and standing them in water in a cool environment. This ensures that the flowers have fully bloomed and are at their peak quality when you go to use them.
Can I cancel my order or return the flowers?
No, unfortunately not because as soon as you have ordered the flowers we get in touch with our partners in Holland. We pre-order your flowers to ensure we get the correct flowers delivered to us so that we can have them delivered to you in time. Any unused bunches regrettably cannot be returned to us as they have been specially ordered for you.
